Our comprehensive inspection takes us to all areas of the house including under the floor (subfloor), the roof space and both inside and outside the building. We also inspect the roof from the top of a 3.6m high ladder. The report is carried out in accordance with AS 4349.1 - 1995, for further details see The Inspection below.
You will receive a report which clearly lists the general construction details, access details and an abbreviated summary on the first page in an easy to understand format.
